Tuesday is Step Afrika! which is some traditional African dancers and stuff.
Wednesday is when Spike Lee is here.
I still have to get my tickets for those two shows, but at least they are free. There is a bunch of other stuff we're doing too so it should be cool. And we are getting shirts for Black History Month that has a calendar on the back with all the events on it, I'm excited to wear it.
Today it is pretty warm and sunny, well not warm warm, but warmer than it has been. It is extremely bright cause of all the snow and the bright sun though. People are on the roof outside here at the union/Starbucks shoveling off all the snow so the roof doesn't cave in or anything. Last night the pedestrian walk-way was so icy, it was fun. It was shiny and you could see it but there was no way around it, I had to shuffle my feet so I didn't fall, it was seriously just like an ice skating rink. After I got past it I couldn't hear people screaming and stuff, it was funny, some people were falling and it was just so funny to me I couldn't help myself from cracking up, even though I almost fell a couple times too.
My roommate's TV broke last night, theres no picture, only sound. He was pretty mad because he wanted to watch the football game today and stuff, so I don't know what hes doing, he probably went somewhere to see if after church.
Hopefully the books I ordered a long time ago will get here this week, I got them from half.com, hopefully I didn't get scammed or anything. Well I guess I'm not getting an interview for the job at the financial aid office, they don't want me to work here! Its really annoying, but oh well, gives me more time to focus on my school work and get good grades.
